This is a sixty something year old on Prograf and Cellcept with multiple squamous cell carcinomas (SCCa) and actinic keratoses (AK). He has used Carac, Solaraze, and Aldara with limited results.
Recommendations included consideration of changing the patient from tacrolimus (Prograf) to sirolimus (Rapamune) Rapamune had been shown to have no effect on keratinocytes and thus not promote SCCa growth. Continue reading
